I guess you mean PicoCAD? I'm planned to made on it, but i have a little problems with payment on itch. So i decided use blockbench, and for painting i used pico8 palette :P. About cig model: I'll try to make it.

to me it looks like a depressed gummy bear either melting, or shapeshifting, i like the texture on the purple background/sky

I used the dither pen tool to create the texture, it was pretty fun to make. I'm glad you like it.
